TECNOTU warrants that the products listed below will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with the applicable product instructions during the warranty period.

Product / Warranty Period

• Soft Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber: 2 years
• Oxygen Concentrator: 1 year
• Technical Support: Lifetime

The warranty period begins on the product delivery date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranty Service

If a product experiences a suspected manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period, please contact us with the following:

• Product model and serial number
• Purchase or order reference
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos demonstrating the problem

We will work with Tecnotu, and where applicable TECNOTU will provide troubleshooting guidance or request additional evidence to assess the claim. If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed, TECNOTU will determine an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement of defective components, or another solution agreed upon in writing. Any applicable shipping, labor, or other service costs will be confirmed between the parties before the service is arranged.

Warranty Exclusions

1. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, or operation contrary to the product instructions.
2. Damage resulting from unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly.
3. Normal wear and tear or consumable components, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Damage caused by improper maintenance, unsuitable operating conditions, external factors, or transportation after delivery, where such damage is not attributable to TECNOTU. 5. Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality and was not reported as a delivery-related issue.
5. Any issue arising after the warranty period has expired.

Lifetime Technical Support

TECNOTU provides lifetime technical support for its products, including technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance, subject to the availability of relevant product information and support resources. Lifetime technical support does not mean that all repairs, replacement parts, transportation, or other services are provided free of charge after the warranty period.
